I have to say... read more that since the first interaction prior to the party all the way up to the after party the customer service was excellent. Raymond was very professional and gave me great suggestions. The day of the party while I was at the venue setting up the decorations, etc. he came by to introduce himself personally and to introduce the 2 videographers that were going to take care of the event. It was a 5 hours party but they were there before it started to take shots and videos of the salon, cake, tables, and of course the birthday girl and her family. One of the things we liked the most were the interviews they did with some of the guests during the party without missing anything. They were organized and experienced and to be honest the price was just great! We got an edited video which we loved that runs for about 25-27 minutes and additionally we got the full footage on an USB drive we provided. Everything was on time, well done, good price and excellent customer service. I would definitely hire OnSetMedia for my next event.
